On a daily basis, countless stray dogs roam the streets in search of food and shelter. Among them is Jhonny, a homeless dog who spends his days hoping for compassionate individuals to show him some affection and provide him with a meal.
Initially, Jhonny used to rely on the staff at La Espiga bakery for his daily sustenance, and they always came through for him. But now, the bakery has closed down, leaving Jhonny outside, anxiously waiting for someone to come out and offer him a scrap of food, just like in the past.
It’s heartbreaking to know that a lot of dogs are left to fend for themselves on the streets and are exposed to illness, abuse, and starvation. Fortunately, there are people who are always willing to help. With Jhonny’s story, we hope that more people will be inspired to adopt or provide food for these stray pups.
