We got a report call for help a poor dog was chained at an abandoned construction site. Immediately we come to there for help. With her condition we saw, we couldn’t just leave. The construction people have been looking at it like this for 5-6 months. They missed all chances during that time. They didn’t have the money for the surgery. They said to take it and not give it back. While she was a guard, she was needed, what do they need now? Martha we have named her. We took her to the Vet – it is irreversible and surgery cannot be done. Martha is still a cripple. She is currently admitted to the Simeonovo Veterinary Clinic in an extremely serious condition. She’s all in decubital wounds, terribly weak. At the Vet, Martha Martha blood tests in normal she was cleaned and has blanket Monday we has appointment with another traumatologic. Martha we were in clinic to the one of the best traumatologists in Bulgaria who again confirmed that the Martha will never walk again because discopathy is a long period and there is no sense. For surgery. . But she need us she will stay in clinic and will have Physiotelepia she has no muscles in the hind legs after some time she will need Perfect home and a wheelchair. Our dear Martha is already on the treatment table at the animal clinic again. This is analysed exactly how Martha can be helped and what she needs. She still has open wounds in the back – almost looks like a lion with the fluffy fur on her head. Martha is happy today !!! Therapy starts tomorrow !!! Martha still needs help – it’s not impossible that she’ll be able to walk at some point. But no one can predict!!!! Please help Martha ! Martha walks in her wheelchair twice a day… all wounds are healed .. we are thankful ! One foot in front of the other – Martha is diligent and makes her rounds well. She now has two fast wheels as her hind legs and has settled in quite well. Martha will be coming to a new clinic and will also receive a special therapy – it’s called electropulse therapy.
